Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made prior to 90 days to arrival, then there would be a refund less a $100 administrative fee *subject to the property being re-let*. Within 90 days the booking is totally non-refundable. Travel Insurance is strongly advised. For those that want to take advantage of a short break, stays of less than one week based on a 3 night minimum are possible depending on cottage availability - the rental fee is calculated on the weekly rate pro-rated on the number of days plus a surcharge of 20%. • Guests are responsible for telephone charges incurred during their stay. • Guests are responsible for damages they may incur during their stay. • Cottage is non-smoking, and no pets are allowed. • Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. • Ceilings throughout the cottage are beamed and in a few places only have a six foot clearance. Most of the cottage has a 6'2" clearance. One twin bedded room is on the top floor with sloping ceiling and is reached by a very steep narrow stair unsuitable for the infirm.
